SHIPPING

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days processing time unless otherwise mentioned on our storefront and/or product pages. Please note, the shipping speed displayed at check out does not include order processing time.

Domestic (USA): All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Mail Innovations, or FedEx with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.  Most domestic orders arrive within 1 week of ship date.

InternationalInternational customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. 


EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Please send us a request for an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original tags attached. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

To make an exchange or return please do the following :

  • Email us at TRANSMISSIONS@LSDREAMMUSIC.COM with the subject title of the email stating “Exchange” or "Return" 
  • Provide us with your Name and Order Number
  • Reason for exchange/return
  • Briefly tell us the item you want to exchange and what you want in its place.
  • Once email is sent, please allow 24-48 hrs for a response from our team with further instruction.

 

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER

If your order is returned to sender:

  • Email us at TRANSMISSIONS@LSDREAMMUSIC.COM with the subject title of the email stating “RTS"
  • Provide us with your Name, Order Number, and confirm your correct shipping address.
  • Once we receive your returned package, please allow 1-2 weeks for our warehouse to process and redirect it back out to you.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If a product is delivered damaged or defective please do the following :

  • Send an email to TRANSMISSIONS@LSDREAMMUSIC.COM  titled "Damaged"
  • Email us a photo of the damaged goods
  • State where the product is damaged
  • Please include Name, and Order Number
  • Once email is sent, please allow 24-48 hrs for a response from our team with further instruction.
  • A refund won’t be made for the damaged item unless the item can’t be replaced.
